Contribuiți la feedbackForbearance, people. even though they may have some items vegan, check out the allergenic lists carefully. the red curry has shellfish, the hummus falafel has milk. be not stupid! the atmosphere is beautiful and they can get plant-based milk in their (warming) coffee. but honestly, this is no longer so extraordinary that the place has to be listed on happycow (there is a diet next door if they are just looking for a coffee.) there are many nice places for vegan to go to bratislava, so I don't see any reason to choose this place
Located down Michalská Street, a twenty-second walk from the popular Michael’s Gate, Urban Bistro is an ideal spot for a coffee break as they offer almond milk. The interior is very trendy, with orange brickwork and bare bulb lamps (something I’m obsessed with). A coffee, however, is sadly all I’d recommend. They don’t serve any vegan food. If that’s what you’re searching for, its sister chain, Urban House, is the place to go.
An otherwise vegan dish containing fish had the vegetarian sign next to it on the menu, because it's just a little bit of fish oil The only vegan dish on the menu was a bland side salad.
Not a lot of vegan options, and they charge you for veggie milks.... 4.2€ for a latte, is not a Bratislava price, so would say it's a big rip off. Also portions are small but food is healthy and good. Would probably not go back.
I like this place overall. It looks really stylish, however it's a bit overpriced and the food portions are quite small. Updated from previous review on 2017-02-25
