Food was super hot, but it took 1.5 hours to get there while the text said 40 minutes, so it was a waste.

I can't even set up the delivery time because we're going to get it ourselves after 2:00 and then wait 20 minutes at the restaurant, even if they were on the phone after 1:15min says it was on the way! Outrageous! It was the last time.

After waiting for 3 hours, we still did not receive our food. We called three times: the first time was at 2:00 a.m. and we were told it was busy, then half an hour later the phone line mysteriously cut off. We called three more times after 3:00 a.m. and were informed that our delivery was cancelled without any notification to us. Overall, a disappointing experience. 0/10 rating.

After 1:00 a.m., they were called and said they were working on it, an hour ago, they were just on it. 20 minutes later, the order was cancelled.

What it is with the pizza these days, both takeout and delivery, but you can be from the 1st piece of vegetable to the other bicycles to keep quiet about the extra topics, two quid for you, or any parcels of yours.
