Butoiul Sasului - Braşov

Mâncare rezonabilă, dar serviciu oribil: -Am cerut un tip de grătar, dar am primit altul mai ieftin; la final am fost taxat pentru cel scump -Factura nu a inclus vinul pe care l-am plătit separat, dar nu am primit niciodată niciun bon; poate ar putea fi un nou tip de bacșiș?! -Muzica este un fel de muzică de folclor contemporan românesc oribilă; și foarte tare desigur. Ai putea cheltui banii în locuri mai bune.

Restaurant tradițional Mâncare excelentă Loc plăcut cu multe fotografii vechi și obiecte Deschis între orele 12 și 23.

Am vizitat Butoiul Sasului în Ajunul Anului Nou și am fost foarte dezamăgiți de serviciu. Abia am găsit o masă (chelnerii au spus că nu mai sunt mese disponibile, dar de fapt erau două rămase). Am așteptat 30 de minute și nu am primit niciun meniu, niciun salut, nimic și am decis să plecăm. Două alte grupuri de oameni au plecat și ei pentru că au așteptat mult timp fără să primească serviciul. Prețurile sunt extrem de mari pentru un restaurant românesc. Sper că aceasta a fost o întâmplare izolată și că serviciul este mai bun atunci când restaurantul nu este atât de aglomerat, dar, momentan, a fost cea mai proastă experiență într-un restaurant românesc (sunt destul de mulțumit că am plecat și nu am trebuit să plătesc acele prețuri) și sunt român.

The service and the food was terrible. There were only a few people in the restaurant, people but it took minutes to get our meals done. We asked for one thing, we got another. Getting us the bill took minutes. I the...meantime the waiter had some pretty long chats with his colleagues. We were thinking of going there with going there with our friends coming from different parts of Europe and we wanted to check out the place first, but we changed our minds. I would never go back there, even if the food was for free. The place looks decent with nice decoration, but that is all.

Reasonable good food, but terrible service: -I have asked for one type of grill but I have received another one cheaper; at the end I was charged the price for the expensive one -The bill did not included the wine which I paid separately but...I have never received any receipt; perhaps this could be a new type of tipping?! -The music is some kind of horrible contemporary Romanian folklore music; and very loud of course. You could spend your money in better places.
