I always went to a great restaurant, unfortunately it seems that the owner ends up hiring a lot of people, in the end the restaurant should be more of an Italian cantina with at most one cook and one person who works at the cash register and takes orders at most 4 or 5 tables

Tasty Italian food, with that home-cooked feel. The individual dishes are well served and the parmigiana can serve up to two people without being very hungry.
