Fantastic vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free selection (although they also serve meat, so carnivorous friends will also love it), and an extensive fresh juice menu. The food is made to order, so you may have to wait a minute. If you are in a hurry, they will do a buffet for lunch or a soup buffet during the week for dinner. Your soups are my way when I feel sick or exhausted. So hearty and healthy.
