Taco Bell - Braselton

I ordered online and went inside to pick up my order. After waiting 15 minutes, I finally received it, but it was missing two items, and the rest of the order was incorrect. The only item that was correct was the chips and cheese from the value box. When I requested corrections, I still received the wrong items. Despite specifically asking for no sour cream, they included it anyway. After having to correct the order yet again, it was messed up once more. I finally got the right order after the fourth attempt, but this was 30 minutes past the original pickup time. Other customers were having similar issues with their orders. One patron even asked to speak with the manager, who approached him, looked him in the eye, and then walked away while the patron was trying to ask a question. Incredible.

This is my favorite local Taco Bell! The staff is plentiful, and the service is quick. Using the mobile ordering option is effortless.

I know this might seem like an odd point to mention in a review, but I feel it's worth noting. Navigating the drive-thru with a trailer and a race car attached was surprisingly easy. They took our order promptly and had our food hot and ready by the time we arrived at the window. Although there was a small line ahead of us, they kept things moving smoothly. We had previously tried another fast food restaurant that we knew was open at 11:00 PM, but after waiting without being served, we decided to leave. By the time we finished and passed by the first place again, they had another car in their line, but that’s a different story. Overall, we were very satisfied with our meal here and will definitely return for another late-night outing.

I went to the drive thru. Placed a order and had to go back through to get the cinnamon twist that were missing. After getting home. My son heated his food up and found a hair. I called the Braselton store and no answer. When I called I got somethingasking for a code. My son called as well with no answer. He just had a Kidney Transplant and he can't get sick or he willreject his kidney and lose it. Very shocked with this and absolutely disappointed. Do you all wear hair nets?? I don't get it. More restaurants and stores I go to, it seems no wants to work or care about their job.

Got my fix for a large sweet tea and a soft taco. Just the perfect bite when I was super hungry. I must add in there that they HAVE THE BEST SWEET TEA IN BRASELTON!! We stop by for my granddaughter to get breakfast in the morning on her way to work, manytimes. We're repeat customers and will continue to be one.
