Contribuiți la feedbackThis was my first visit to the restaurant, and I can confidently say it was a positive experience. They offered a wide selection of adult beverages, and the entree options were plentiful. The desserts were delightful as well. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff was very friendly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.
This brewery is fantastic! The prices are competitive, and they offer a decent selection of beers. The atmosphere is welcoming, and Diana stands out as an incredibly caring person who genuinely looks out for her customers. The beer they serve is good, but as a relatively young brewery, they seem to be playing it safe for now. While I didn't encounter any daring brews, they have a strong foundation to build upon. With their thoughtful approach, I believe they have the potential to elevate their craft to an art form in the near future.
Upstairs, there were four long picnic-style tables, separated indoors, with wide open doors leading to an outdoor deck that had even more tables. The view from above was fantastic. The servers were amazing and made great recommendations for food and drinks. Our server was knowledgeable about the different IPAs they had, but not as much on other competitive brands. They offered standard drink options as well. Taking his advice, we ordered the 10 oz Love Magnet beer. It was a light brew with a hint of citrus, served nice and cold—it was just what we needed on a hot day. We chose the daily fish sandwich special, opting for salad instead of rolls, and a patty melt with grilled chicken instead of a burger. While the fish was frozen, it was still delicious, albeit slightly broken, and the homemade chips were tasty. The grilled chicken melt was amazing—it was the kind of sandwich that leaves you dreaming about it later. The portion of sidewinder fries could have been a bit larger, but overall it was a great meal for $14. At the end of our meal, a party of six joined our table, and there was still plenty of space; it didn’t feel cramped at all. I appreciated their "Hops for Heroes" program, where $5 from each beer sold goes to your favorite military branch. Great initiative! I definitely plan on coming back to try more beers and explore the appetizer menu.
Overall, it was a great experience at Braselton Brewing Company. We went for a quick meeting with a few friends and it was the perfect place. We ordered several appetizers and a few beer flights to have options. We really liked the Bretzel bites, but paired them with Marinara sauce instead of beer cheese (we eat vegetable). The Brussels spits were also amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only drawback we saw was the number of house flies that pestered us while sitting on an inner table. You also have a lot of outdoor seats that I might expect some pests.
I will admit when I posted a review over 2 years ago I stated they needed an opportunity for growth. I now can say that they have grown beyond my expectations!!! The menu offers a wide variety of outstanding meals, beers, and sides. What are my favs??? Patty Melt, chili cheese nachos, garlic cheese curds, oh and the BBQ is out of this world! They have a variety of beers they offer to not disappoint the beer snobs of this world including myself . The staff is wonderful and so is the service. They also have a Thursday Ladies Night, Music Bingo, and live music. The old cotton gin atmosphere is definitely different and a must go see on your visit to Braselton. Cheers! 10% discount to veterans and service members. Provide an ID
