The first time for dinner, since everything was reopened and it was so nice to be cooked and maintained: thanks to the delicious food and pleasant service!

Booked a time, drove all the way there and they tell me my reservation was not valid and the website was for them.

In view of the pandemic, I try to understand better with waiting staff. Unfortunately there was so much wrong with this visit that I can not only say “they try”. The tables were not cleaned and people were not far enough apart. We waited thirty minutes to place a drink order and another fifteen minutes to place a food order. Our dinner lasted half an hour to arrive and was cold when it arrived. We were not the only ones with this issue, as the table has expressed their concerns next to us when they left. (Your table was not cleaned in the hour we stayed. Regardless of the problems of pandemic, it was simply not important for the staff to be there and it showed. The manager(? It also helped the staff nothing. This will be the last time we're here. Stay away unless you enjoy a healthy portion of frustration and disappointment with bad tasting food.

The food was slow. Over an hour for a salad and chicken package. Last day before the 3rd lockdown. Booked a table over open table and they didn't seem to use the system...

Everything was nice (food, service, noise level etc). However, they did not have my reservation. Luckily it was not busy at that time so they were able to accommodate us. This is not the fault of that location. That is an IT issue between Open Table and Shoeless Joes
