Pizza Hut Brantford

I paid approximately $45 for a tasteless pizza. Perhaps the person who prepared it lacked experience. Overall, it was a horrible experience getting our lunch from here. Busiest place with good parking

On August 23rd I placed an order through Skip for dinner. This was around 430pm. I put my order in through the app and in less than the time it would have taken to make it and get it out, the app had delivered my order. I looked around doing what was needed to ensure when I contacted Skip, my food would be replaced/reordered. From that point on, it was a mess of badly scripted customer support messages back and forth to Skip which eventually turned into me calling the actual store. It was ONLY THEN, that my order was actually being represented by the store and having them also question what was going on.From 5pm up until almost 7pm, it was a constant struggle with Skip to find a driver to just go get my food even though at the beginning of this ordeal, there was a name attached to the order for delivery. I made sure to mention that name to Skip every time. By this time, I had waited long enough and the wonderful staff at this location were more than happy to put my order in and get it out to me in the perfect amount of time. The two team members that put up with my relentless calls, my upset and almost anger, deserve a big shout out to know that they both went above and beyond to make my dinner possible. I unfortunately didn 't get their names but I am sure they will get to see this. Thanks to you both, from the bottom of my once empty stomach.?

When paying for expensive pizza hut you atleast expect something good not a badly cooked thrown together garbage, and the best part is any other location you would not get

At times my order is put together as though the person's eyes were closed? When making a pizza one must pay attention. Training should be looked at. That could help.

Worst pizza ever. dry burnt hardly any toppings. if I wanted to chew on an old piece of leather I’d find an old shoe.
