L&g Yummy Chinese - Brantford

Better than MyThai, family owned and operated, very sweet and kind people. We have never had any complaints about service or food. I wonder from the previous reviews that state that the owner is a maniac...if those people were actually loitering or not ordering. The parking lot is not a hang out..they have seating inside if buying customers want to eat their lunch/dinner inside. Reasonable prices too. We always have leftovers. Dont let the shady reviews from other people about the owner sway your opinion...they take pride in their work/food. I personally like the Thai Chicken Basil...it is spicy and loaded with lots of veggies. Yum!

There no zero ratings otherwise i would have given zero stars. This was the worst ever restaurant I have ever gone. We gone there to have lunch. We order chicken Manchurian and fried rice but the gravy was too thick and it was not tasting good. So we said that it is very thick can u make little bit thin. Then he got offended and said we can’t make it and if you don’t like it don’t come again to our restaurant. Then we said that we are just saying it to you. Then he started screaming at us. We left the food and move towards the exit door and he said that clean the table with lot of anger. This was the worst experience I have ever had. We will never come again and I suggest everyone don’t go there.

Portions for price is amazing, only place in town that serves Hakka. Try the Machurian Chicken with fried rice and chicken pakora so amazing. I obviously don't eat it to be healthy but omg, so much food and so good. Owner is so friendly, I forgot my wallet one day and they said it was fine, and to pay them back next time I came in!! Actually such amazing service, I couldn't be happier, I never get Chinese from anywhere else!

I order take out from this place and when i got it home there was a metal wire my food that ended up in my mouth. My mouth was bleeding something awful and it was painful. When I went back to the restaurant to talk with them, they treated me with disrespect and contempt. I showed them the item and he ask for a better look, I told him I wanted the item returned as I wanted to take it with me to the doctor. The man yanked the item out of my hand and refused to return it. He went in the back and threw it out. This place is is AWFUL

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is fantastic, and the daily specials are great for your budget (or purse if you're a lady). The staff was very polite. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place!
