Contribuiți la feedbackThis restaurant has declined rapidly. The atmosphere appears rundown and neglected, the serving sizes have shrunk and the food has become less flavorful and more oily. While some of the staff are decent and friendly, others are impatient and slightly rude, aggressively pushing for tips. One cashier was so focused on getting a tip that they didn't notice when I was cancelling my order and walking out because they didn't have the item I wanted. I have not returned in months and will not be coming back in the future.
Ordered a four-piece meal, all dark. There were no other customers in the store at the time. As the clerk was ringing up the order I said I didn’t need the drink. She looked flustered for a minute, appears to press some buttons on the register, then hands me the meal with the bill, which I paid. When I look at the bill outside the store I see she charged me for the drink I said I didn’t need and which she didn’t give me. The chicken was over cooked and was not all dark. This is what passes for customer service nowadays. The meal proved inedible and I threw it out.
Iv always had great experience here, it's not fair however to mention names publicly. I will say if you have an issue, it will be dealt with. Food is always as expected for fast food. The people at this location though truly make a difference.The lack of 5 stars is a result of the cost only. Being a chain, it will only get worse.Guys .. Ladies, try this kfc out. If you have a reasonable concern, i believe it will be dealt with.Good people just doing there jobs, great food.
If I could give a 0 star I would.I have honestly never experienced this horrible customer service in my 31 years of existence.Upon arrival at KFC in Brantford I grabbed a water bottle as I was taking a walk and needed a drink.. so I decided to stop at KFC. I went up to the cash register and had the bottle in hand to pay for. My friend that was with me asked for the key to the washroom... The cashier said you know what Im going to say right, you know what I am going to say right .... She continued on with an attitude and said I am going to say you need to buy something with a very rude tone in voice. I held up my water bottle and said I 've been standing here waiting to be checked out?? .... I asked to speak with a manager she was also EXTREMELY RUDE. I asked for head offices number.. she said we don 't have that here... I have worked at KFC before as a shift manager and in fact know it 's attainable. I explained this. Manager just said that if I worked there before then I should have this I am going to say she is a shift manager because there is no way she is the store manager ... . I infact would never as a manager/shift manager allow any of my cashier 's to talk to a customer this way. I do know this KFC in particular has a lot of drug users ect trying to use the bathroom .. which I do understand.. but for anyone to talk down to a customer like this is so unacceptable. I really hope this is dealt with. As a former KFC employee I would never in my life talk down to a customer like this and the manager on duty did nothing to rectify.
It's took 35 minutes from ordering to receiving a small box meal. The staff were all very slow moving and seemed very disorganized. For fast food, it definitely wasn't fast.
