Fast Eddie's - Brantford

We experienced the worst service today. We requested a burger without cheese because of an allergy, but the staff clearly wasn't paying attention. When we confirmed at the window that there was no cheese, the employee became visibly annoyed. To make matters worse, his upset manager came over and YELLED at us through the window, telling us to order correctly next time, even though we specifically asked for no cheese at the speaker.

This restaurant is drive-through only, but it offers fantastic food at a great price, especially if you're in the mood for a quick, classic burger. While it's not a gourmet experience, the burgers are truly delicious! Don't miss the dill pickle fries—they're amazing!

We spent a considerable amount of money on a 10-pack of cheeseburgers, and to our disappointment, 8 of them were missing their patties. When we returned to complain, we were told they were sure they had included patties on all of them. Why would I waste my time going back? The food was terrible, the service was lacking, and we will never return to this restaurant.

I took a trip down memory lane to Fast Eddie's this past weekend. It used to be a go-to spot for my son and his teenage friends during their road trips, and it also served as an affordable fast food option when our kids were younger and finances were tight. The pickle fries are just as delicious as I remembered! Although prices have gone up due to inflation, it's still a more budget-friendly choice compared to the major chain restaurants. The unique menu items, particularly the pickle fries, really distinguish Fast Eddie's from its competitors.

I had my first experience at Fast Eddie's, and I doubt I'll go back. I ordered the chicken burger and crazy fries. Unfortunately, the burger was bland and lacking in flavor, and the fries were soggy; the chili wasn't very good either. While the staff were incredibly friendly, that alone isn't enough to entice me to return.
