East Side Mario's - Brantford

Had a table reserved for 10 people. go to the restaurant and they push 2 small tables together. luck for us 2 hasn't managed to get there, as there is no place for them to eat. the hostess didn't seem to care, eating was good, or the waiter was very good. it seemed very unorganized, 25 minutes to gdt drinks. I didn't get our salads fork, I had to ask three times fork. I'm sorry to say, will not return to east side mario's.

We were a party of 8. we sat in the middle of the dining room. my older elders were very cold whenever the door was open. our server and the manager were great to move us.

We have booked for 8 people 2 days in advance for 6:00 on a Saturday night. our tables were large enough to sit 6 comfortably. we were in the back very busy corner of the bar and there was only too much traffic around us. because of the lack of space on the tables I spilled my drink over my lap. one of our guests didn't get to eat until all the others finished their meal at the table. that said the manager took his meal out of the bill. also the personal was courteous and allowed 3 of our guests to move next to us to the stand to free space at the tables. eating was warm, not hot. I am not sure that I will go back because this experience was not relaxing or pleasant.

It didn't feel like we were socially removed. service was terrible. we had to ask many paintings for dirty things to be removed. a court had arrived far behind all others to table. Beverage refills had to be requested a few times.
