East Side Mario's - Brantford

We are a family of 7 with 5 kids under 9. This by far was one of our best dining experience. Dana the manager was very welcoming form when we stepped into the restaurant, to check on us to make sure that we were okay. Our waitress was phenomenal and very patient with the kids. Her smile and small talk before we sat down made us feel welcomed even as we had a big group of children The food was of great quality and all of us went home thankful and full. We will be back for sure.

Service was excellent as well as the food. They accommodated our 2 kids and always checked on us (4adults) to ensure we were enjoying our visit. Definitely will be back! Dana went above and beyond. Love east sides! Thank you for a great dining experience.

Delicious calamari, tasty thick veal parm sandwich … their marina sauce is thē best!! caesar salad is always spot on!! our server, liam was awesome too. thanks for the great service and delicious food.

Amara was our server tonight. She was very pleasant and helpful with all my questions. Finally nice to see happy people serving once again. She was an amazing server and I would definitely come again just because of her!! 5 stars!!

I brought an individual to East Side Mario's for dinner this evening. After we has eaten our dinner and we were waiting for the food bills, the person I was with had some medical issues and needed to use the restroom. I had to accompany this individual to the restroom as she uses a walker and has developmental issues, so I left our leftover food at the table and brought her to the ladies room. When we returned from the restroom, I approached a staff member and explained what had happened.This staff member (I wish I knew her name) was incredible. She offered to remake the dishes we didn't finish and had packaged up. I told her that although I appreciated her gesture, I just wanted to take care of our bill and bring my dinner companion home where she would be comfortable. She told me to forget about paying our bill, that it was on the house!!I want to express my gratitude for the kindness and understanding we were shown by the restaurant staff. They displayed exemplary customer service skills and professionalism.Also, the food was great!! I had chicken parmesan and it was delicious.
