The wait staff is very friendly, and Shannon never fails to be outgoing and welcoming. The service is quick, and the food is delicious. It's a perfect spot for a date night!

The food quality was terrible. We first ordered chicken and they had no chicken on the menu. Then we went for grams in the ribs you could not even eat they were so tough.

Chuck's Roadhouse in Brantford appeared to use Open Table merely for show. We made our reservation more than an hour before our scheduled time, but when we arrived, the host had no record of it. As a result, we had to wait in line and ended up with an undesirable table where we were forced to sit side-by-side facing a wall, rather than enjoying a view of a TV or anything interesting.

Our waiter, David, was fantastic. He was very attentive and handled my food allergy with great care.

As I was browsing the menu, a different waiter walked by, and I quickly asked him if the wings were breaded. He looked confused and said they were, but I had a feeling that might not be the case. After finishing with the menu, I set it down, hoping it would signal that I was ready to order. However, I spent another 15 minutes watching the two waiters serve three tables that arrived after me, with two tables even getting their food before I had placed my order. Finally, my original waiter returned to take my order, which was a simple half-rack of ribs with fries. The ribs arrived in a reasonable amount of time and were good, though not exceptional. I would be willing to eat them again if offered, but if I were buying, I might consider trying other places first. I did not receive any utensils. While not essential for ribs, utensils would have been helpful afterward for cleaning up. Eventually, I managed to ask for a napkin, and the waiter went to the bar but got distracted and only remembered to bring it back when he came to check if I needed anything else. When it came time to pay, he showed me the correct receipt but charged me for the wrong order. Thankfully, the price difference was only a penny, so I didn’t make a fuss. I then went to the restroom to wash my hands and face, which was clean and well-maintained. I remain curious about whether their wings are truly breaded and would like to know how their steaks are. The burgers on the menu looked appealing. Would I dine here again? Yes. Would it be my first choice? No.
