Arby's - Brantford

The staff is usually really nice the food always tastes good. My only complaint is that the inside of the wrapping is always super sloppy. This makes it messy to eat your sandwich and it’s sort of gross. Overall a pretty decent place.

Amazing amazing amazing customer service! To the dinner time manager, he went above and beyond than any other food restaurant I have been too. Unreal! As I was writing this review he came up to my table and offered my daughter a toy. Thank you for the kind service! Much appreciated :

Absolutely amazing! Staff were kind, caring, and attentive! From taking our order to coming around the restaurant to make sure everything was delicious, everyone was so warm and welcoming. The food was delicious, prepared quickly, and piping hot! The washrooms were also very clean and clearly maintained! We will definitely be back!

Just had a wonderful date there! The older gentleman that served us was amazing! He was funny, engaging if, and just all around awesome. The manager was also there and wonderful. I was just so happy with the overall service! Will come back just to interact with them!
