Kfc - Brant Canada

This has to be the worse KFC in Canada, very unfriendly staff, the guy behind the counter doesn’t talk or smile to customers, talks down to customers and after the order was ready waited 5 minutes for the guy to get off his phone and give me my order, food was cold and greasy, will not be back and will not recommend. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20

After looking at all the reviews, I'm surprised the whole crew including management hasn't yet been replaced, they seriously need to do that, nobody watching the front, food slow, cold, obviously no customer service skills. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

When I arrived the lady in front of me said she had been waiting 10 minutes at the counter to make her order. I could hear people chatting in the kitchen and moved to a spot where one of them could see me. Finally someone came out to take our orders. The staff were courteous and professional while taking and filling our orders. I hadn't eaten KFC in over a couple of decades and decided that I wanted to satisfy a craving. Unfortunately after this experience I will never eat KFC ever again. I have had glasses of water with more flavour than this. Everything was bland and flavourless, and no, I don't have COVID. The chicken, the gravy, the corn, the fries, the biscuits, all flavourless. I hope this helps. Think twice, go somewhere else.

Its a best kfc in the whole world... I am from sudbury and When i reach thier Court and got food the taste is Speechless I highly recommended Please Go in this Kfc
