Subway - Branson

The manager and the trainees working on May 20, 2019, were absolutely wonderful. Although it took some time for us to receive our meals because they were in training, the manager did an excellent job of keeping the team calm and guiding them through the process without showing any frustration. They repeatedly apologized for the delay and took great care of us. Truly an amazing staff!

When I paid for our four subs, I inquired about a military discount, although I didn't expect one. The associate kindly informed me, albeit apologetically, that they did not offer such a discount. It wasn’t a big deal for me, so we proceeded to sit down and enjoy our meal. Interestingly, the associate I paid mentioned our conversation to another staff member who had been assisting us. That associate, named Aaron, came over to our table, apologized for the store's policy, and gave us $5 of his own money as a military discount. He also took a moment to thank me for my service, which I greatly appreciated. I was thoroughly impressed with Aaron's customer service during my visit. It was clear that he was committed to ensuring all customers had a positive experience, as everyone he assisted seemed very satisfied.

There was just one staff member on duty, and he mentioned he had only two customers all day. However, as soon as we entered, he suddenly became very busy. Despite this, he maintained a professional and courteous demeanor and even paused the line briefly to prepare more iced tea. The service was outstanding.

The worker was very patient and handled the hoard of some 40 students in my group storming in here. She worked very quickly and the service was amazing. Sad shes the only one working.
