Food was lukewarm at best. Shrimp in gumbo overcooked

My wife and I had a reservation for silvester. the restaurant was very well prepared for large quantities. our server was great. the whole experience was excellent.

They were from several menu points. the food I finally ordered was good.

I was very angry at a bq fee that was never told me before I got the bill. the asst manager jp said he talked to me about it, but he never did. I even checked this with my call log. he accused me of lying. that should be a high-time celebration and it was a frustrating experience. the cake was frozen because the restaurant put it in the freeze cabinet. I had to pay 25.00 for a frozen cake to go to the table. very unacceptable.

Our party of 12 had a really nice time. the eating was good and our server ran around, took care of several tables, and we still managed to provide a great service.
