Som Siam - Branford

Som Siam is consistently a great option for Thai cuisine. I typically place delivery orders, even though they have dine-in available. The food is tasty, and the staff is very friendly. I particularly appreciate the restaurant's ambiance. Although I've never visited Thailand, I’ve seen photos, and I can imagine that a traditional restaurant there would look quite similar.

The Thai BBQ beef was absolutely delicious, featuring tender, flavorful beef paired with a slightly sweet sauce. The Noodle Soup Bowl with beef is also fantastic. The walls are adorned with numerous awards, and I’m fairly certain this establishment has earned every one of them.

And that's just the atmosphere! The food at Som Siam is nothing short of exceptional and truly authentic. The appetizers, including classic spring rolls and an array of curries served with sweet and savory sauces, leave my taste buds dancing with joy. For main courses, I highly recommend the Massamun Curry, Tofu noodles with chicken and Bok Choy, and Drunken Noodles. You'll feel like royalty after indulging in these dishes! For nearly 20 years, Som Siam has been a cherished cultural hub for our coastal community, and I truly hope more people step out of their comfort zones to experience such delicious Thai food. I drive semi truck and his hard search for a good Thai food place. Here's AWESOME! Our noodles did not clump together and the taste was spot. When we get back here, this will be our place! Second time order this week and I love it
