Duvig Brewing Company - Branford

Small and only has five taps, but the three beers we tried were all really good and different from your cookie-cutter IPAs. We thought the cream ale was especially impressive. The service was friendly, attentive, and helpful, and it felt like a comfortable neighborhood hangout.

DuVig are the session beer specialists. They have a rotating tap list of five sessionable beers. I appreciate when breweries pick a style and work to perfect it. During our visit they were pouring a cream ale, a brown, an IPA, anniversary ale and a pale. They were all crisp and clean with a medium body. As the sign on the wall proclaims drink up we'll make more.
