Tim Hortons - Brandon

I'm getting really tired of the poor service inside Tim Hortons. Seems they always have five or six people serving the drive-thru and one or maybe two staff serving customers coming into the store, even with a long line-up inside. Today, we walked into the store South End of Brandon. There was a couple and a single lady and a mother with a baby waiting ahead of us. It took us 25 minutes to get our simple coffee and an apple cruller. This seems to be the norm nowadays to have such poor service for the in-store customers.The coffee is fine, but the service is abysmal.

I live outside the Brandon and visit this place occasionally, I ordered a coffee at Drive Thru and asked the service provider for a vegetarian option, he offered me to try “Cheese Pizza” for $8, it was very nice. I want to thank that guy for such a kind service. Truly disgusting!! Didn't purchase any food, and quite frankly, won't be. If this is how they keep the public bathrooms for you and I, imagine the other hygiene corners they are cutting. Notified a lady at the counter, and she really didn't seem concerned. My brother went in 15 minutes after me, and there was no change. Absolutely vile!

0 stars if I could. I’m right now waiting here for my iced capp mocha. Staff told me they are cleaning machine I don’t see anyone cleaning machine. They are all chatting. Me my friend and other lady we were here waiting for 10 mins they all ignored us. Girls here are so rude they told me that wait time for mocha is going to be 30 mins the other told me to wait for 20-25 mins the guy told me wait for 15 mins still he came asked us 2 times despite us telling them we are ok to wait basically they didn’t want to make us mocha. They gave me that side eye for ordering mocha literally did huh I mean I’m paying I don’t want it for free. So poor.

If you're not there during the morning rush, don't bother going thru the drive thru. My last visit was 10 minutes at the speaker and 15 minutes at the window. Terribly slow and there's a miserable old lady working in the evenings. I recommend driving down to 1st street and Richmond.
