The Burger Experience - Brandon

I ordered the door after midnight and I got my food in a reasonable time. my eating was good temperature and it was great! this is my first time and I will order again!

Both burgers did not come with the right flavors, both were burned kohlen, and the fries taste like wet cardboard.

I ordered by eating and got two cheeseburgers who were both extremely undercooked and then I realized that I was spoiled meat or something that made me feel so sick! I want a full refund and compensation. this place is rough when this is the quality they use!

We ordered on Uber Eats. We got two burgers, fries, a drink. You're food woke me up at 8am, expelling the food I ate from both ends. Did the Five Guys franchisee lose their franchise, due to multiple health code violations? Is this the same owner/operator who used to run the Five Guys chain of Brandon? I can't answer those questions, but I can say for certainty I have not had a burger experience' make me sick like that, since I ate one from the Five Guys in the Brandon Westfield Mall's Food Court, which had numerous health violations.
