How does this place constantly forget to put things in the order? They acted like I was in the wrong when I asked Don 't you look at the receipt before you hand out the order to make sure you have everything? I keep giving them chances, but seriously.

There is a problem with the way Jets processes online orders for future times. This is the second time that I placed orders well in advance for a future pickup at different locations. Both times the pizzas were at least 20 minutes late.

I like the lady that says she's Italian and thought the pizza was just ok. Go back to Italy and thank us for saving your democracy!

I scheduled an order for 4 in the afternoon at 10:30 that morning. It wasn't done until 30 minutes after my scheduled pick-up. This was scheduled in advanced and should have been done.
