Holy Hog Barbecue - Brandon

Food was okay and fresh, but I never paid 8.50 for a basic bbq pork sandwich in my whole life! The special was a good offer, same sandwich, side and drink for .50 more. Be the first and last time. I ordered it to rain, my mistake.

Here's a cry to Manny at Holy Hog BBQ. We recently made our second visit to your restaurant and I must say the second time was better than the first. I love the smoke flavour and season in the meat. Your baked beans, pommes, coleslaw and collar are also great. We'll be back to my goal is to try everything on your menu. So far I had only the ribs and the chest. Both tasted great and I can't wait to taste the sausage and the chicken. Just advised, get some help so you can get a break now and then. Thank you, keep the great bbqing.

It's good, especially for Central Florida. Portions are well dimensioned and many options for pages. We had ribs (St. Louis style), pulled pig and burned ends (KC style). Pulled Pork texture was large, good tugs on ribs and the burned ends were delicate, but still so well burned end chewing. Only complaint is the smoke taste very mild and they need a good beef and/or pork rub to supplement the meat. Will definitely come back; her sauce is also excellent.

Order the Hog Wild Sampler with the 4 meats and 4 pages for $24.99. The 4 meats contained in the sampler are chicken breast with wing part, ribs, pork and sausage. For the pages we chose the loaded potato salad, Jalapeño Mac and cheese, baked beans and frits. The smoked meats were delicious and delicate and even the chicken breast was juicy and not dry as it can be at some smoked bbq places. The loaded potato salad was pretty good and made with sour cream, Mayo, shredded cheese and bacon bits. The Jalapeño-Mac cheese was fine, but had a little kick with the Jalapeños. The baked beans were quite normal and the pommes were a generous part. Overall a good experience with the delicious food and the staff was very friendly. Give 5 stars because they offer military discount.

A friend referred me here and I was not disappointed! Got the ?Hog Wild Sampler? with awesome loaded potato salad, delicious jalapeño Mac-n cheese, baked beans, and fries. The chicken, ribs, pulled pork and sausage was very juicy and delicious! We will definitely return.
