Fountain Plus Endless Hibachi And Sushi Eatery

First time trying this restaurant, we just moved from Texas. Nakeal was our server he was amazing! Full of positivity and great recommendations! He ordered me his favorite roll, the Mexican roll, and told me to squeeze fresh lemon wedges on it! It was outstanding…We will definitely come back, especially for the service!Food: 5/5

The sushi here is decent—neither outstanding nor disappointing. However, my main complaint is with the owner, Tony, who started yelling at an employee right in front of customers in the middle of the restaurant. It was completely uncalled for and incredibly disrespectful. No boss or manager should treat their staff that way. Additionally, several items were missing from our order. After Tony dismissed our server in the middle of our meal, we requested the bill so we could leave, but we ended up waiting over 30 minutes for it. I would recommend avoiding this place.

Who doesn’t love sushi especially at the low price of All You Can Eat?!We were in the area and stopped by as we didn’t want to wait to eat till we got closer to home. We were getting “hangry” ?Sushi was amazing, it was fresh and definitely the portions were the same as the other locations. I always order the hibachi steak Medium Rare and it was cooked as asked.This location, the set up was definitely more of a restaurant feel vs the Tampa or New Port Richey locations being a huge dining room or two separated rooms.The service was just as good as the other locations which is greatly appreciated. We will definitely come back if we are in the area again!

It’s not often that the food at a restaurant is so shockingly terrible that all you can do is shake your head and chuckle. It doesn’t matter that it’s all you can eat; you couldn’t pay us to eat this food again. It’s bad; *bad* bad. Mayonnaise-covered lettuce as a salad; room temperature food; sushi absolutely falling apart; the list goes on. Please, save your money… even gas station sushi would be better than this.Service was as good as expected from a place that very obviously doesn’t support their staff, nor seems to have any training. Server was perfectly nice, but the food took over an hour and a half to arrive, and we didn’t order much.Laughably bad.

I come here often and have a pleasant time 98% of the time. The only complaint I've had in the past was it being understaffed. TODAY EVERYTHING WAS EXTREMELY AMAZING!!! THE FOOD HAS GOTTEN EVEN BETTER AND ALL THE STAFF (young adults) were extremely polite, quick and caring of my needs. My waitress KELLY WAS THE ABSOLUTE BOMB! ? THIS WAS INDEED MY BEST EXPERIENCE AND I COME OFTEN!THANKS KELLY!!! KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK!!!
