Big City Grill - Brandon

This establishment has consistently received warnings from the health department. I would advise against eating here unless you want to risk getting sick or facing serious health issues. The kitchen has visible black mold, and there are cockroaches and other pests. Employees are often seen smoking cigarettes and marijuana outside, right in front of customers entering the building, and there's also a strong odor from garbage left leaking in the hallway. Proceed at your own risk. This restaurant has faced numerous complaints over the years, and it's time for authorities to consider shutting it down for good.

The odor in this establishment is extremely unpleasant. It seems the owner lacks concern for the cleanliness and upkeep of the place. Upon turning on the bathroom light, you may notice pests scurrying about. Additionally, there's a leak from the soda fountain that the owner has neglected to fix, resulting in soggy carpets. I also recommend closing the doors, as the front of the restaurant is just as unappealing as the kitchen. Dining here could potentially lead to foodborne illness. If I could give zero stars, I would! Avoid this place at all costs!

2490 W Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511 The manager on duty is excellent with great conversation, the blazingly hot food including lemon pepper wings and fries are the best so far. Definitely returning for a summer fun meal and movie here at their Brandon location. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

If you want the best tasting chicken fingers with french fries, this is the place! Inexpensive and honestly delicious. We go here every time we go to the movies. Thank you to Joe for his service.

The food was horrible. As you can see oooks nothing like the pictures. Was supposed to be lemon pepper and Buffalo strips. Fries were raw on the bottom of the fry pie. Cheesecake taste really old. We work in a Drs office so was not able to eat lunch. I contacted the establishment only to be told since I did a review there is no point in trying to please the customer.
