Decent crowd and atmosphere for Brampton.. The best place for meeting friends for coffee on the east side of Brampton.Hot chocolate is pretty good, no complaints.

Absolutely love the caramel and chocolate Belgian waffles with vanilla ice cream.

I came here with some girlfriends for the dessert and coffee. I enjoy coming to William's because their food is pretty solid, and it's not too expensive, like going to Demetres for dessert.<br/ <br/ I had the brownie sundae. The brownie was warmed up, and topped off with vanilla ice cream and strawberries. My only complaint is that the ice cream melted too fast, but it was still yummy! :

Wonderful spot for a cafe vibe...very busy and vibrant with young people doing work or just having conversation. I rated 4 stars because the wait time is a little bit too long when the place is busy. Had to wait half hour to order and my order was very small, I decided to wait because there isn't another spot like it close by. The s'mores waffle was phenomenal! And my daughter loves their white hot chocolate...the coffee is decent as well. Would recommend this place 100% just wish there was more staff to accommodate orders, the staff there were definitely working hard to keep their guests satisfied as best as they could.
