Wendy's - Brampton

The staff was so disrespectful. Miss Namishka was very rude, as i visited there to ask for the job vacancy as it was posted online . I asked the girl if i can talk to the manager , she went at back and came back laughing says manager can’t see you as she is busy . I asked i don’t mind waiting atleast can i get a chance to speak to her , she said no she is on call , she can’t see you. My visit was very disappointing and disrespectful .

If I could write a zero stars I would. After intermittent fasting I decided I wanted Wendy’s as a cheat meal. I ordered two JBC and one chilli cheese nachos. I only ate one of the burgers because the bacon didn’t look or taste fully cooked. Normally when I go to Wendy’s their known for their crispy bacon, however, not this time. I didn’t end up eating the second burger. Later that night I woke up with a bout of stomach problems. Food poisoning!! Vomiting and on the toilet from 5am.

I visited this Wendy’s location today and I must say their customer service is terrible especially by VARUN. He seems to be the manager there. If the manager doesn’t know how to handle customers, I am not sure what to expect from the other team members. Save yourself a ride and if possible visit other locations.
