Tim Hortons - Brampton

Even though I am Indian, I felt that the woman in this Tim is constantly unkind to the poor and destitute. I didn't think this was excellent guest service, and I felt unsafe and insecure with these individuals. And I assume that she is manager for this Tim. I come here every morning and the one guy at the window always is prompt and polite. They don't mess up my drink order usually like other places or ask me to wait in the parking spot. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Vanilla Iced Coffee

Service and atmosphere for this tim unsafe, unrespectful to customer. She need to learn how to deal with customer unless they are not creating any issues. This is a busy Tim Horton's location near Bramalea library, Brampton. The staff does a commendable job to assist patrons swiftly. Although, at times, the service appear slow. The only issue is that there is a group of people that are always there occupying several spots without ordering anything. They have no work, no other place to go to and simply sit at this location all day without ordering anything. Price per person: CA$1–10

The jalapeño bagel was stale, wasn’t heated well and the butter was not even enough! Pathetic taste!! Service: Dine in
