Such a bad Staff When we placed the order for half french half double double they gave only french vanilla and that too cold Asked for extra grilling on wrap the girl standing at drive didn’t followed the instructions and when we asked to make it extra grill she showed attitude And said if u really have problem come to the front Worst servies

Tim Hortons really needs to get better staff for drive thrus in general. But this location especially is very bad. The drive thru attendants are very pushy, rude, practically throw the food at you and don’t give you time to put your drinks in your cup holder. As they give the food they say “Next order please, hurry up” even through there was no one behind me. I told the attendant to not rush me. She got very rude and said we have a lot of order and customers. Again, there was no one behind me at the drive-thru. This rushing and shoving food in your face is also apparent in several other locations with Indian servers (not being racist) just making an observation. Staffing needs to be reevaluated. Also, no friendly greetings or smiles. Not sure how things are being run at time Hortons, but they all seem depressed. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visit today and the girls don’t know how to talk with customers not even know that they are working at customer service
