Tim Hortons - Brampton

They got every single one of our orders wrong!! For a begal with cream cheese they gave me a plain begal with butter, for a farmers wrap with OUT EGG they put egg in, and for a chai tea with milk they put cream! Its the worst timmys!!!

The only location I've ever been to that refused to take an addition to an order at the drive through window. When I went in to order and mentioned this, their excuse was they are trying to bring their drive through turn around numbers down and are not taking any orders there. So this location of Tim Hortons decided to waste my time rather than just scope the pre-made stuff they had to grab and add 30 seconds to their order time.If this is such a concern for Tim Hortons, they should make this a standard protocol for every location.Sub-par customer service experience for me.

I asked for water with ice which the water has a weird smell and is cloudy it doesn't fall in line with the health and safety regulations and your Tim Hortons part-time employee Jaspreet couldn't figure out nor cared to take the order correctly, In result I asked kindly 2 other times... annoying because I don't like repeating myself 3 times, it's a pet peeve of mine but anyhow, honestly at this tim Hortons they just need to work on being a bit faster and more efficient, customer service is okay, performance is so bad. Presentation too needs improvement. Thank you for your time, I hope your day and experience is more pleasant than mine.

I just order grill cheese melt with lettuce tomato, and this is what i got and that ya ya girl whose was taking my order is so rude , i got extra charge for nothing .

So I pull up here late at night. Last WINTER Ask for a free coffee, and the young lady said yes. However, when I reached the window, I paid her in full. Just wanted to see what would have happen if the homeless or someone without money came.PLEASE DON'T ABUSE THE BUSINESSKeep up the good work guys.
