Tim Hortons - Brampton

The employees are rude I am going to this time everyday and have same order(french vanilla) and one day I went and employee was saw another employee and made a face and said she had same order french vanilla. Like I am not buying anything for free I am paying money to you. And today I went to take breakfast I was hungry and standing in line and they were calling people came after me for order . There were no specific line the employe know that I was standing from 10 minutes but didn’t took my order she noticed me but then ignored

I was waiting alone in the left side of the drive-thru, repeatedly saying hello, but no one responded. After about two minutes, a guy pulled up on the right side, and they took his order first. This has happened about 4 or 5 times during my visits. I arrived at 7 PM, and when I finally tried to speak to the guy taking orders, he completely ignored me and just asked for my order without any acknowledgment of my situation. Seriously, no manners at all. Not impressed.

Honestly, the morning staff can be quite rude. While not everyone is like that, some of them can be quite sensitive as well. They should choose their words more carefully. The girl at the window with the supervisor name tag, Gagan, was particularly unfriendly. Because of their attitude, our mornings are often spoiled, and it sets a negative tone for the rest of the day.

While the Tim Hortons at Queen and Humberwest Parkway provides quick service, the drive-through experience at night was somewhat disappointing. Not all donut varieties were in stock, which was a bit disheartening. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and made an effort to offer alternatives. Improving product availability would greatly enhance the nighttime experience.

I visited the restaurant last night, and they were completely out of everything—literally everything! No bagels, sandwiches, bowls, or anything at all. I couldn't understand why they were even open. To make matters worse, the staff was quite rude. I tried to be polite, but they clearly had no idea how to communicate respectfully. I won't be returning, and I wish them luck with such a level of service.
