Quesada Burritos Tacos - Brampton

I just ordered on UberEats and I got half a burrito bowl! This is horrible service! It is not the first time that I have had issues with this restaurant and I keep giving them chances. I will walk in and speak to a supervisor. I have time and day of order to pinpoint exactly who is doing this and I will take this further.

A manager approached, but his demeanor was just as hurried. I explained that I had all the time in the world and wanted my food prepared carefully. Instead of empathizing, he responded aggressively, saying, “This is how we do it here. If you don’t like it, you can leave.” So I did. I ended up wasting my time and energy, and I’m still hungry. I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant; look for another option instead. You’re likely to be disappointed. Unfortunately, both the quality of their food and customer service have declined since the pandemic.

As someone who has frequented many restaurants and chains, I have certain expectations for quality and service. An individual who I believe was a manager approached me, but instead of offering assistance, she told me to "relax" and insisted that this was just how they operate. When I expressed my desire for my food to be prepared without rushing, she reacted defensively and said, “If you don’t like it, you can leave.” So, I did. I walked away feeling that I had wasted my time and energy, and unfortunately, I was still hungry. I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant—seek out another place where you’ll receive better service. Since COVID, their quality and customer service have noticeably declined.

We dined there on a Friday night, and one of the servers truly shone. Even with the busy atmosphere, she managed everything swiftly and effectively. However, it would be helpful to have at least one additional staff member to support her.

The burritos here are not very enjoyable. I found them quite lacking in flavor and they don't compare to the burritos you can get at places like Quesada. Moreover, they are quite stingy with the ingredients, making it feel more like a formality than a generous portion.
