Contribuiți la feedbackThis is our absolute favourite restaurant. We can literally eat here every day. Yummy spicy Cesar and awesome tacos. My kids love their chicken poppers and brownies. Everything is made with love and care. My husband loves their draft beer and wings.
I really enjoy visiting this restaurant. It’s consistently the best choice for a night out with friends on Fridays or Saturdays. It’s my go-to spot for tacos!
Barely a Thumbs Up but Sooo Understaffed!. When deciding whether to give Montana's a thumbs up or thumbs down I chose to give it a thumbs up, but just barely. While I actually don't mind too much the food here some dishes are actually quite delicious and considering the price you do get what you pay for. <br/ <br/ However, the one downside to this Montana's (and perhaps others), is its chronically under staffed! Usually the bartender will act as a waitress too! We came in and waited approximately 15 minutes before our order was ever taken and we contemplated leaving (however, she had come in just in the nick of time). Food comes fairly quickly afterwards, but again, you server will most likely not be there to check in on you. <br/ <br/ They definitely need to improve their customer service!!!
Every guest leaves happy.... I went in there the other day and noticed they have this new thing, 'every guest leaves happy '. Jokingly, I asked the young male server what they were doing before. I think he was slightly shocked when I asked him, but gave a humorous response back. Burgers are always great Canadian and the firecracker are my favorites. I was adventurous and tried the Vegetarian Burger. I thought it was real meat! I couldn 't tell the difference. I wish they offered rice or beans with the fajitas, like they use to. A competitor offers both over in the plaza on West Drive and Queen. The steaks are inconsistent in shape and cut. They have a steak guarantee on the menu. If it isn 't done to satisfaction, they 'll buy it. It really depends on the night of the week you go. The ribeye sucks. It is too fatty here. I know it is suppose to be marbled yada yada...but...the grissssssle on this thing....YIKES. The 12 oz sirloin and the 8 oz seem to be the way to go. I like the chilli glaze myself. My wife always orders the portobello mushroom 8 oz. The chicken penne is absolute ****. You are paying about 20 dollars for penne pasta, and little tid bits of chicken not worth it. I noticed too in the last little while their steak sandwich has changed. The cut of meat sucks now. It doesn 't even fit the bun! I think they went from a NY strip to sirloin cut. They jacked up their prices as well. Talk about squeezing us for every dime! Back ribs you can 't go wrong. I 've tried all the sauces. Apple butter is heaven. The south west salad isn 't too bad. Bit pricey for a salad with some steak on top. People don 't just want quantity, they want quality. If you drop the ball in either of these departments, their experience won 't be memorable or enjoyable.
Fantastic service and wings!. Hubby and I typically sit in the bar area and we like Amanda who always remembers our wing order drumettes for him and winglets for me!
