Fat Bastard Burrito Co. - Brampton

Ordered a tofu bowl and had a bad experience. The rice was completely uncooked, hard and stale. The veggies/food is not covered at any time. The noodles were dry, tasted stale. Coriander was turning black as you can see in the pictures. I would not recommend this food because of it's lack in hygiene and lack of effort in correcting mistakes. I ended up getting a refund but it's sad to see one person staffed in a big fast food franchise. The owners lack of judgement in staffing should not error for lack of quality in the food they serve. I really hope this review can help to make necessary changes.

I love to eat burrito but this time I ordered and rice was not cooked well. I was feeling like I am eating plastic.

Food cold ,I had to tell her to put more cause she wause putting a spoon each of everything.She had no napkins when screamed at she got the napkins from some shelf.Very uncooperative.Change ur staff or ull have to shut down.saving napkins and stuff ,u guyz are more expensive still people come to u.Respect that

Worst quality, chicken was so stiff and cold. No fresh toppings, they dont even know how to wrap a burrito properly, everything just fell out of it when i unwrapped it. Never had such a terrible burrito.

This surely is the worst fb burrito outlet that I have ever been to, had visited in the evening and to my surprise there were no vegetables to be seen while ordering, neither the person preparing was interested in preparing the burrito. The location is great, but the outlet experience was totally underwhelming.
