Order eat here often and seems like the employees are on glue these days. Made an order from Uber eats was missing one of my poutines, call the store and buddy tells me his staff made a mistake and I need to come pick up my other poutine (defeats the purpose of ordering off Uber eats). Food quality was also like my 3 yr old son made it. Highly dont recommend ordering from here. Judging by the other recent reviews seems to be a common occurrence with this location. I am a regular Dairy Queen customer, although my first time at this location it will be my last. Just went to get a fudge brownie with ice cream and it looked superrrr dry!!! I asked the lady at front for fudge sauce she walked away mid conversation with attitude. I then proceeded to ask the guy working cash and he looked at her and said no to pay more. I said “brother this looks dry” is there anything you could do and he said to pay more if I wanted something to be done. 0/10 experience with the customer service preparation of item ordered will never come back to this Dairy Queen. A few weeks ago I ordered a Blizzard via drive thru (Chocolate chip cookie dough with Oreos). I paid full price for a mini. My problem was when I got my blizzard, the Indian girl worker put a lid on first then flipped the ice cream. I ended up taking the lid off and noticed that the ice cream was very runny if she flipped the ice cream without the lid, it would have poured out. Very sneaky! I found out later about ur policy (ice cream should be firm when flipped if it’s not it’s free). Management/Supervisors make sure ur employees follow policy! Shame on her. Witnessed a worker giver someone a hard time over ketchup. She wanted the customer to go back through the drive through to pay 70 cents for ketchup. Is this where the world is at today? Not to mention that the worker raised her voice at the customer which then prompted me to step out my car and approach the lady because she was out of line and needs to learn better customer service skills. Who fights with people over 70 cents. That worker she should be ashamed of herself. It's called letting it go and caring for others especially if it's on 70 cents Service: 1
