Burrito Boyz Chrysler - Brampton

Ordered my food with Uber Eats for Bean base Burrito. Worst experience by the store Somehow they messed up my order and when upon called, they were trying it to Blame on me that my instructions were unclear. At first, the cashier was very unapologetic and very rude on her response. Only after giving the call to Supervisor, I managed to get some response. And on top of that the store also missed my add on as Fries. So the whole order was messed up and instead of making another one, the store kept saying that I have to let Uber know. Unfortunately, I had to order something else and pay extra for another food. It was a real bad experience from Burrito Boyz and I would prefer not to order again after the response from store.

Visited this place two days back Yash gave exceptional customer service, he was patiently listening and giving me suggestions!! Loaded nachos were absolutely delicious except the soya, I didn’t like soya in Nachos!! Definitely worth visiting location Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
