Baskin Robbins - Brampton

I've been getting Baskin Robbins icecream since I was a child it's still delicious ?. This particular store has friendly and courteous staff that always have a smile on ?

Customer service is pretty good here. Ordered an ice cream cake for my son's birthday. Turned out well although the cakes are a bit too pricey.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They always go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Both the cake and topper were done by then. I couldn’t be more thankful!

Overall, this restaurant is usually great, but it was disappointing today. I ordered a regular scoop of ice cream and it just didn't taste right. I mentioned it to the staff, but they didn't seem to care much. The ice cream cone was good, but the customer service was terrible.

The staff at this restaurant can be busy but friendly. I took some napkins from the packaging, but a rude staff member quickly took them back and put them away. How rude!
