A&w Canada - Brampton

I went to the restaurant with a colleague and paid for the meal. I had a coupon for two teen burger combos for $16.99 in my car, but unfortunately, it was expired. When I ordered two teen burger combos and 2 apple pies, the total bill came out to be over $36. I was extremely disappointed with the high price and decided that it was the last time I would be spending money at A&W.

I had a bad experience at this restaurant at night. The staff didn't even bother to take our orders, and I had to wait at least 10 minutes every time. Overall, it was the worst place I've been to.

I went to buy dinner the other night and the employee was so rude. He did not greet me when I got to the drive thru window to pay for my meal. He just handed me the debit machine and silently handed me my food, I then asked for more sauce and he aggressively threw it on the silver tray and handed it to me. It’s just a disappointment to go to a restaurant to spend my money and to be treated this way and receive service like this is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location, they may need better employees that can provide the best quality service.

This restaurant is getting worse. It is conveniently located near my house, so I have dined here frequently, but have consistently had a negative experience. During my most recent visit, I ordered the chicken buddy burger and was given a beef burger instead. I was incredibly disappointed with the quality of the chicken, as it was very oily and had a dark, stale appearance. This location used to be good, but I suspect there may be a new manager in charge now, as it seems like nobody cares about the customers anymore. Even though the drive-thru was empty, they still asked me to come back in 5 minutes.

The cashier Mishel was rude and I order beyond burger combo at drive thru, requested to make it fresh, she processed my order in rush saying there are cars behind and I saw served rudely with not even fresh burger and fries are saugy
