Maxi's Mall@carnival - Brakpan

I ordered a chicken mayo sandwich with chips and a plate of swirl rings, along with two beverages. Unfortunately, only the chips were satisfactory. The coffee was lukewarm, the chicken was half-cooked, and the swirl rings were overcooked. I only ended up eating the chips. I wasn't even asked if the meal was okay or not. I'm seriously disappointed.

The food they serve is questionable! My mother and I were given spoiled speck. When the waiter brought our food, I was initially impressed by the generous portion of speck on our plates. However, after we ate and returned home, we both started feeling ill. My mother was anxious, and I ended up with a bad case of diarrhea. We rushed to the bathroom, and both of us ended up vomiting and experiencing severe stomach upset! My mother is older, and I can't even begin to describe the impact this had on her. Absolutely unacceptable! And that manager with her constant comments—it's infuriating! I despise this place, and I don't even expect an apology from her!

The restaurant offers a warm and welcoming ambiance, complemented by delicious, fresh food and outstanding service.

The food I ordered was untasteful more swashing than mint. that will not be back

If I could give this place zero stars I would, my friend and I had a late lunch there this after noon and now we have food poisoning.
