Dojo Bread - Braidwood Australia

Dojo Bread is a must do when passing through Braidwood. Stopped by this hidden little gem and was lucky enough to have inquired about a certain ingredient in one of the pies. What seemed to be the owner and mastermind behind the operation proceeded to passionately enlighten us of the flavours, combinations, processes and ingredients he goes by to create these wholesome, decadent creations. One of the most refreshing and rewarding encounters we've had in hospitality in a long time. The pork sausage roll and the fenugreek lamb pie are to die for! Thank you Dojo Bread!
