2 nights here this month, the staff were very helpful and friendly. dinner was very good and breakfast was excellent! the rooms were clean and fresh. bed very comfortable. views were fabulous! really nice hotel, will definitely be back, hopefully soon.

Yesterday for lunch, the food was served hot and was incredibly delicious. The lady at the reception was not only efficient but also friendly and very helpful. The lounge is beautifully decorated and has a lovely ambiance. They offer a Sunday carvery, which we are looking forward to trying on our next visit to Shetland. A big thank you to the staff – I highly recommend this place!

We visited on Thursday for the Up Helly Aa festival, and the staff were wonderful and very helpful, which truly enhanced our experience. We would definitely stay here again. A special thanks to Yvonne and Jim for their assistance when we almost didn't make it.
