The young lady who took my order was fine however the older lady who made my order and bagged it only put one side in the big box which comes with two sides) plus a blunt biscuit I'm pretty sure it was done deliberately. Cheating customers!!! Usually I would of had checked especially because she had an attitude for no reason.

Excellent customer service, clean, food is absolutely fresh. Great team working together, restaurant is clean and basic. Well done!!

There was a line that was 10 deep at the register waiting to order and none of the staff were making any effort. Drunk sloths would have been more proactive.

This popeyes was recently closed for renovations and it is now but is now open again. Customer service is good as welll as the food

I ordered a shrimp tackle box online , when I went to pick up my order they told me they didn’t have it, and the manager just walk off to help someone else. I was told to cancel my order and order something else online and I told them I wasn’t able to cancel the order. I asked for something else and that I would pay the price difference and I was told it doesn’t work like that because they don’t get the money from the website which makes no sense. They didn’t even try to accommodate my order considering they didn’t have what I actually ordered. After so many back and forth with the managers they decided to give me $6 chicken box. Even prior to that they were giving a lady in wheelchair a hard time. They just throw your food in there, don’t even give you any napkins…. I ask for honey mustard and it was thrown on the counter. I’ve been to other locations with no problems, but definitely won’t be back to this one. This wasn’t done by regular employees since they had completely different uniform from the rest of the team.
