Woody Joe's - Bradford

My recent visit to the eatery left me with mixed feelings. While the standard chips were just average and the shredding loaded chips didn't quite hit the mark, the pizza was decent but lacked a bit more flavor to make it truly memorable. On the bright side, the peri wings were a standout flavorful, juicy, and simply delicious. The friendly service definitely added to the experience. With some tweaks to the menu, this place has the potential to shine even brighter. Give the peri wings a try!

First time I tried Woody Joe's and the service is the best I've ever received. The brother wearing a Palestine shirt greeted us as soon as we entered and provided great service throughout preemptively providing the help assistance we required before we had to ask for it. An example being that the air con was directly at us and he noticed that we were getting cold so redirected it and offered to turn it off. He also confirmed that they are offering alternatives to any products on the boycott list which is great to see from a local business, taking the initiative to do what's right for humanity. The food was on point and portions large so I took half my dish home to eat the following day. Will definitely be going here again purely due to the service provided. Felt more like a family environment rather than your typical experience in Bradford. Well done guys, keep up the good work.

I went to pay the bill, my friend jokingly said take £100, then I showed him the receipt which was clearly stated £38. He didnt bother looking at the receipt, He tapped my card with the card machine and then it was that when I saw the receipt, he had charged me £100. I was laughing at the time thinking he was joking but he said no I 'm serious lots of people give us extra money . I was really disappointed that he made me feel as though I was at fault and try to make me look stupid infront of customers and his co workers. He also said it was my fault . This man 's attitude was disrespectful towards women. I think, he thought that we owe him more money for the less food we ordered. P.s it 's the bald guy with long beard could be owner/manager. We was pre warned that he has no politeness towards people. If you should visit this place please becarful, check the card machine and check your receipts.

I had a Blazing peri peri pizza and the wood fired crust was so good. Coming to the toppings, it was tasty but not really up there. The service was nice and the overall ambience is satisfactory. A bit pricey for what it offers imo (wouldn’t say overpriced).

Every now and again after an exhausting football game I come here with my mates and the food here is always on point and the service is always excellent the brother always has a laugh with me makes my day every time I visit the shop… the atmosphere is amazing.
