The Coffee Lounge - Bradford

Sat outside ordered 2 flat white coffees. Some concern when table of 5 next to us after some 15 minutes were served 2 of 5 coffees ordered, 2 arrived some minutes later. couple of minutes later one of them then went in to inquire about the cakes they had ordered to go with the coffee! At this point I went to inquire about our coffees to be told they were next to be done. As this was 25 minutes after placing the order my husband and I decided to leave. Apparently food and drink are excellent but I suggest you need a couple of hours to find out. The least they could have done was advise us on ordering of the wait when we could have then chosen not to do so.

Lovely tasty freshly made food and lovely atmosphere and staff were very kind and attentive.We are very fussy when it comes to eating out and very really come away from somewhere that we was impressed with but I can definitely recommend here

Despite the wait we were informed about, the food at this restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was cooked perfectly.

I went to this restaurant for lunch to celebrate my father's 90th birthday. There were four of us and we found the service, atmosphere, and food to be impeccable. We ordered two scampi dishes, the pasta of the day (chicken, goat cheese, and dill), and I had the steak and fries. All of the dishes were fantastic, and I have paid double the price for steaks that weren't as good. Everything was cooked perfectly. They had a great variety of high-quality soft drinks and alcoholic beverages as well. I highly recommend this restaurant. It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end.

Today was my first visit to this restaurant with my daughter for her birthday lunch. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was very busy, which is always a good sign. We ordered drinks and food, including a special from the menu. I had read some reviews mentioning long wait times and poor customer service, but I felt the need to comment on our experience. We did have to wait a bit for our food, but it was freshly made and delicious, so it was worth it, especially during the lunch rush. They did make a mistake with one of our orders, but it was quickly rectified, with apologies and the item removed from the bill. Overall, I was impressed with my first visit. Good customer service is key, and on this occasion they got everything right. We will definitely be back.
