Went for the buffet and was very disappointed,food tasteless and very little choice had to ask three times for water, staff didn't seem interested

Love the food, the place had a beautiful lay out and great/friendly staff! Well worth it and will definitely be going again

Definitely would NOT recommend this hall to anyone! Management are rude, in particular Saleem who has such an arrogant attitude and spoke to my family in a disgusting manner on the day of the wedding, demanding additional payment from my parents before serving guests the food, as guest numbers were apparently higher than what we quoted, however this is absolute rubbish as there were unused tables from both the men’s and women’s side. Food was of a decent standard but no left over food got returned to us although this was promised as part of the booking. We simply got told there was nothing left over even though a good number of guests didn’t attend. The prices to book are extortionate and then on the day the level of service and care you expect aren’t provided. The venue was booked for 4hrs and they gave 30 min on top either way. During the brides rukhsati they began changing the chair covers and stage setting for the next wedding even though our function was not yet over. Absolutely appalling and a complete joke of a wedding hall/ banqueting service. It’s not surprising to see so many bad reviews on here, whoever is considering booking, I would urge you to reconsider and don’t waste your money!!

We booked this venue for my daughters wedding in October 2018. The service from staff from the beginning of the event was very poor. The management was appalling, being very rude and arrogant at all times. Despite paying for the venue fully in advance, the manager stated that there were extra guests, and demanded a £2000:00 payment to be made instantly, or food would not be served to our guests. Despite feeling we had no choice but to this make payment, which we were fortunate to be able to do, the service remain extremely poor, with the serving staff informing guests that there was not enough food available, and when asked for items such as glasses etc, taking a long time to provide these. I would not recommend this venue to anyone as I would not want anyone else to experience anything similar to this.

Amazing Venue, brilliantly co ordinated with Eesa, great management of the wedding and the guests. Function went smooth for a really special day. Food also very nice. 5/5
