This restaurant consistently provides excellent service. A big shoutout to Jafer for his exceptional customer service and taking care of us so well!

We had a disappointing experience at LALAs, despite hearing good things about it. We had to wait a long time to be seated in a crowded bar area. The potato and onion Bhaji starter was too spicy and dry, making it inedible. The vegetable biryani tasted synthetic and unpleasant. My partner's chicken dish seemed like it had been frozen. The staff were not very friendly or helpful. The food was overpriced, with a bottle of cobra beer costing £7. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

First time visit tonight Excellent food and service can't remember the waiters name exactly but think it was Asalan he was very friendly amd attentive definitely coming again.

The food was excellent, and all 12 of us had a great experience. The waiting time to be seated was a bit long, but that was because they were cleaning up after a family before us. The service was top-notch, Shoaib, our waiter, went above and beyond, even giving treats to the kids. We all enjoyed a fantastic meal, and the waiter was not only attentive but also funny.
