Kfc - Bradford

I ordered on the app and my daughter picked it up on her way home so she didn't know what came with the order. The popcorn chicken was missing and the gravy was watery as usual. As I bit into a piece of chicken, it tasted strongly of deodorant or perfume, not one of the 11 herbs and spices I was expecting. I've looked on the app to complain but as with all these companies, seems it's difficult to do so

I ordered a three-piece chicken meal with fries, coleslaw, and a bottle of water from Deliveroo delivery. Unfortunately, the food that arrived in about 20 minutes was disappointing. The chicken pieces were dry and overcooked, the fries were missing, and there were some odd substitutes for fries. I ended up throwing the entire meal in the bin and will not be ordering from there again.

Not the first time I've had a terrible experience at this establishment, food missing, chips cold, service was a disgrace and the person who serve me absolutely stunk, like they hadn't washed in weeks, their breath alone was enough to put me off eating. How is this place still open?

Came into establishment on Friday and overheard and saw the manager act sexually suggestive towards female till worker, making comments about his genitals. Till worker seemed very awkward and looked like she wasn't enjoying him. Will be taking this matter further with store manager as it is completely unprofessional and innapropriate to act this way with staff in front of customers.

Not happy with kfc since they stopped doing mayo sachets, don't like their new chips, when visited today not 1 table was clean, it's gone down hill and hasn't been good since they had the problem with chicken shortage
