Delicious Parmesan House - Bradford

Lovley parmo ordered the hotshot every time we order they never disappoint banging chips were fresh and crispy and the parmo was loaded with spice 10/10 experience

Travelled 3 hours to bradford and thought we would try this place. They took over half an hour to prepare our order. When mu husband went back they said they had not processes our order. Waited another half an hour. Was very dissapointed with the customer service and will not buy from here again

I don't know whats going with this place, their food used to be so good in quantity and quality. But now its not worth it. I have always traveled especially from Manchester to eat here with the family and get takeout for later. Bought some Lahori's and a hotshot. The portions were tiny, the chicken wasn't cooked properly, and the chicken wasn't even cut. There was hardly any cheese on the Parmesan's. there was afew chips and a pathetic amount of mash at the side that was full of chunks of cabbage. I don't know why when restaurants upgrade their interior, their food quality drops. On top of everything they now charge you extra for separate takeaway salad unless its on the food, I mean i'm bringing the food back to Manchester, the salad would be mushy by the time I get home. Definitely not worth the travel anymore.

I've had this a few times now but never disappointed. Best Parmesan ever!! The customer service was fantastic, the staff were really helpful. Need one in Huddersfield so I dont have to travel for it. I will be back for this soon.

Worse Service, They dont care about their customers they take 2-3 hours for delivery. They bring cold food to your door and lie to you like the drivers set off. Worse service in Bradford.
